Chooc Ly Tan’s lecture performance, Acidulated Stellar Mix, begins with a scientifc demonstration, using laboratory apparatus, kitchen tools and ingredients – including yeast. She will take the audience on a  journey through facts, with pulsating interludes, and a series of challenging questions, to suggest a surrealist and extravagant take on our “manifest” physical reality.
